Working with two national construction companies, initially with Birse Build and, during the later stages, with St James Plc, Hazlemere Commercial provided all fenestration requirements for this new-build residential development comprising 35 flats and 4 cottages.
The project formed part of a major development on the outskirts of High Wycombe, as part of the District Council’s overall town regeneration scheme. Undertaken over a staggered fifteen month period from March 2005, the project required extensive liaison with the construction companies and careful management of product fabrication and materials procurement and delivery.
As a well-respected local company, and with a proven track record for the fabrication and installation of the Sapa Building System Dualframe products, Hazlemere Commercial were a natural choice for this £220,000 + VAT project.
