Independent double glazing manufacturers Hazlemere Commercial have over three decades of experience and expertise in designing, fabricating and installing high quality architectural aluminium products for the commercial market sector, working with architects, surveyors, main contractors, building owners and property managers.
They utilise a range of aluminium profiles, to design, manufacture and install commercial windows, doors and curtain walling. For example in 2010, Hazlemere Commercial manufactured and installed all the aluminium curtain wall, windows and commercial entrance doors for the award winning sustainability project at Bideford College in Devon.
The project utilised powder coated aluminium Sapa 55 and 75 casement windows, Sapa 52 Elegance Curtain walling and aluminium commercial entrance doors. The unique feature about this prestigious project was that all the commercial aluminium window frames and sashes were made from 100% recycled aluminium billet.
Hazlemere Commercial also fitted a sloping 70m aluminium double glazed roof light at Bideford College at their 56,000 square feet factory and head office premises in High Wycombe, before their fitters installed it, along with the rest of the 2.4m fenestration project for Devon County Council.
Since then, Hazlemere Commercial have entered into may other major new build and refurbishment contracts with developers, local authorities and the London Housing Consortium. In 2011, Hazlemere completed a £1.7m double glazing refurbishment of all the windows and doors at River Gardens in Fulham, a large residential block of flats located next to both the River Thames and Fulham Football Club. In 2012, Hazlemere Commercial were awarded a £2.1m contract to refurbish Hallfield Estate in Paddington, London W2 with energy rated Sapa Crown aluminium windows.
