Hazlemere Commercial were contracted by client Rob Masters in 2008 to work with the architect to design, manufacture and install all the windows, commercial entrance doors and curtain walling for this purpose built modern industrial and office premises.
Working off the buildings architect’s drawings and specification, the Commercial team at Hazlemere produced fully detailed CAD drawings for approval by both the architect and client Rob Masters Ltd. From order, all the Sapa Dualframe 75 casement windows, doors and Sapa Elegance 52ST curtain walling system were designed, approved, fabricated and delivered within eight weeks, taking only two weeks to install using power assisted MEWP’s (mobile elevated working platforms) to gain access to the first floor elevation.
Hazlemere Commercial’s 75 casement window installation incorporated Kingspan cladding adaptors to create a state of the art building. As a result there was no need to create a traditional flashed out opening, thereby achieving an attractive flush facade. The windows were all fitted with high performing solar control units.
