This replacement window and door project for clients River Gardens Amenity was undertaken primarily during 2010 and consisted of the external refurbishment of 116 residential apartments on the bank of the river Thames, adjacent to Craven Cottage Stadium, the home of Fulham Football Club.
Hazlemere Commercial were employed by River Gardens as the main contractor. Along with their design expertise, fabrication, project management and fitting teams, Hazlemere Commercial also provided, scaffolding, asbestos removal, concrete repairs, decorating, balcony coping stones, as well as all the replacement aluminium double glazed windows and doors. Following a site survey to determine the manufacturing sizes required for each aperture, these aluminium fenestration products were all fabricated at Hazlemere’s 38,000 square foot factory in High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire.
The aluminium products utilised were Sapa Building Systems Dualslide horizontal sliding windows, Sapa Dualframe top-swing reversible and DF 75 casement windows, Sapa Dualframe high performance swing doors and Sapa C125 sliding patio doors.
