At Hazlemere Commercial, we manufacture quality aluminium profiles for commercial installations. From our factory in High Wycombe, we manufacture aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling and we supply across the South East of England. Our in-house CAD software enables us to produce tailor made products to meet even the most complex specifications. We use quality aluminium systems from respected suppliers Sapa and Reynaers who both have an excellent international reputation for providing sustainable architectural aluminium systems.
The Dualframe 75mm Casement from Sapa is our most frequently produced aluminium system. It is particularly suited to educational and light commercial applications. It is available with standard or softline transoms, mullions, and outer frames for a contemporary or traditional appearance. Vents are designed to accommodate full depth Eurogroove to ensure compatibility with a range of industry hardware.
We also manufacture Dualframe tilt and turn windows which are ideal for high rise or commercial applications. Their large span opening provides excellent ventilation and easy cleaning facilities. The handle is key operated and once closed, the window automatically defaults to tilt only mode for added safety.

At Hazlemere Commercial, we also manufacture Sapa Crown aluminium systems in Slim Softline, Standard Softline, and Deep Softline options. These come in over 300 Sapa colours, some of which are available in gloss, matt, or satin powder coat finish. They feature external beading and multi-point locking systems for the best security levels available.
All our aluminium profiles are manufactured from aluminium alloy 6063 or 6060. Corners are reinforced with stainless steel corner ties and extruded aluminium corner cleats. During fabrication, all joints are sealed against water penetration, and are put through rigorous tests.
