Hazlemere Commercial, part of the Hazlemere Group are looking to recruit a new team member to join our busy Department working within the commercial sector: The Company has three decades of fenestration experience – offering both replacement and new build Windows, Doors and curtain wall facades.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, friendly and self-starting Business Development Manager to work from our Head Office in High Wycombe, duties to include:
- New Business Development
- Client Retention
- Business Development Planning
- General Management Responsibilities
Key Requirements:
- Fenestration Industry experience essential
- Previous leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A good deal of common sense, etiquette and ability to think on one’s feet
- Ability to work without supervision and to work as part of a team
- Advanced experience and knowledge of Microsoft office
