As a major user of aluminium Sapa Building Systems products, along with other aluminium profiles like Comar and Reynaers, they also specialise in thermally efficient double glazed roof glazing, curtain walling, commercial entrance doors and ground floor treatment systems.
Hazlemere Commercial’s wide product range is manufactured to specific client requirements in their 38,000 square feet High Wycombe factory. This, together with Hazlemere Commercial’s specialised in-house CAD software, enables them to offer a highly competitive solution to everything from straight-forward window refurbishment to highly complex design fenestration projects.
It is their in-house expertise that enables them to meet client specifications involving complex performance requirements covering wind loading, thermal efficiency, ventilation and solar gain. Hazlemere own the freehold of their 56,000 square feet factory and head offices on Cressex Business Park in High Wycombe in South Bucks. This enables them to tightly control fabrication costs and other overheads, allowing them to weather any dips in economic trends and, which together with their broad product range and diverse market appeal, explains why they have a secure long term manufacturing future.
Hazlemere Window Company is the largest independent double glazing manufacturers, suppliers and installers in their region. Their workforce of 100+, are all highly skilled and motivated, many of whom have been with the company for decades. This stability has enabled them to generally promote from within over the last three decades, thereby retaining the skills, enthusiasm and dedication within the business.
Hazlemere Commercial have invested in four CNC cutting machines directly link to software utilized for estimating and production. These high tech Computer Numerically Controlled machines works in conjunction with double head mitre saw utilising bar code labels/scanner, which has speed up the whole aluminium manufacturing process, providing very accurate/routing preps.
Having invested in technologically advanced machinery, Hazlemere Commercial’s staff are not constantly having to set up copy routers and measuring for location of preps, thereby increasing both accuracy and speed of their manufacture, whilst improving quality and consistency of their aluminium windows, doors and curtain wall production.
