Hazlemere were contracted by Red Kite Community Housing to fit 20 replacement composite front doors for the tenants of New Road Gardens Sheltered Housing Scheme in High Wycombe. The feedback to Red Kite from the first 10 tenants generated “100% satisfaction”, as according to Red Kite they gave Red Kite and their contractors Hazlemere Commercial “a resounding 10 out of 10 for service delivery carried out during their new front door installation.”
The Red Kite website went on to explain that “At an informal pop in session which included a brief survey with Jennie Ferrigno, Chairman of Red Kite Community Housing and Bola Olabisi, Red Kite’s new Tenant Liaison Manager on Tuesday 20 December 2011, the tenants were asked if they were happy with the overall quality of the work carried out.” The tenants said they were happy with the contractors general behaviour and high standard of work. The overall feedback was positive. Peggy, a longstanding tenant of New Road Gardens said, “It is absolutely fabulous. The doors appear like they will last longer and they look absolutely solid. I am very happy. Red Kite is doing everything they said they would do. They were very good and went the extra mile.”
Another tenant, Sylvia said, “I am over the moon with my new door. I am very happy as I found the service to be first class. I locked myself out twice and the workman came back to let me in. I found the workers to be very pleasant.”
Margaret who also lives on New Road Gardens also summed up her pleasure by saying, “It is now a lot warmer in our homes. We can turn the heating down as there are no more drafts. Visitors have also commented on our new doors and they were really impressed. They came, they conquered and worked diligently.”The meeting ensures that we are keeping our promise to our tenants by providing an excellent service. Don Dennis, Head of Response Repairs expressed his delight with the positive feedback from the tenants so far. He said, “these doors would bring extra security and make a difference for some tenants especially at Christmas time when the cold winter is setting in.
