Although as independent double glazing manufacturers and installers Hazlemere have been trading since April 1985, it was not until 6 years later that a specialist commercial Division was established in earnest. Prior to this Hazlemere Window Company Ltd did carry out “commercial projects”, but by setting up an entire separate Commercial Division back in 1991, Hazlemere from that point on were able to tender for more substantial projects, plus has dedicated commercial surveyors, designers, commercial estimators, fabricators, project managers, fitters and Technical Manager.
The Commercial Division has grown over the years from fabricating and installing single entrances and replacement windows to shops or commercial premises through to successfully acting as main contractor on multi-million pound sites involving multiple trades. Hazlemere Commercial work on both new build and refurbishment projects ranging from luxury apartments through to educational facilities and industrial properties.
Over the last three decades the commercial department has experienced substantial growth with larger and ever more demanding projects. These projects have been delivered on time and to a standard expected by our clients, reflecting the flexibility of the department in being able to adapt in these demanding times. Any double-glazing manufacturer and installer that has been trading for more than 30 years is certainly unusual in this current economic climate, especially as sadly so many of our competitors are no longer in business, due to the somewhat cut throat nature of our industry. The company’s hard working staff and commitment to customer satisfaction has helped to ensure this success.
Consequently over the last 26 years Hazlemere Commercial have successfully partnered with hundreds of developers, architects, management consultancies, local authorities, housing associations, Chartered Surveyors, contractors and many times direct with schools, colleges and Universities, often acting as main contractors on refurbishment projects.
