Several phases of school refurbishment were undertaken on behalf of the client, Wokingham District Council, both in term time and during school holidays. Overall, the staged project occupied some three weeks in August 2005 and about three weeks in August and September 2006.
The project involved two phases of replacing windows using the Architectonic Euroline 75 Casement double glazed aluminium window system. An additional stage included the replacement of fascia boards with PVCu products.
With a project value of £141,000, the installation work was undertaken with minimal disruption to school activities and with Hazlemere Commercial’s customary care in safeguarding pupils, staff and visitors while the work was in progress.
