Hazlemere Commercial is looking for a full-time Commercial Sales and Estimating Manager responsible for managing a team of estimators, ensuring projects are secured to align with company targets, whilst maintaining accuracy and managing project risks. Aluminium fenestration experience preferred.

Hazlemere Commercial, located in High Wycombe, specialises in aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling systems for the commercial marketplace. Be part of an ever-growing team at Hazlemere, which celebrates its 40-year anniversary in 2025!

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities;

1. Line management of the Estimating Team, including any training requirements for new and existing estimators.
2. Seek out new opportunities and clients that meet the department’s criteria.
3. Support existing clients to ensure repeat business.
4. Work collaboratively with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies.
5. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
6. Undertake sales/estimating site surveys on refurbishment projects and hand details to the estimators for quoting.
7. Ensure the accuracy of quotations and adhere to the company’s pricing structures and margins.
8. Attend pre-contract meetings and undertake any presentations.
9. Manage project pipeline and provide regular comprehensive sales reports to the Commercial Director.

Personal Specification;

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Broad technical knowledge
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
• Ability to work without supervision
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Willingness to travel
• Advanced experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction and/or aluminium glazing industry.

Due to landing several highly significant contracts, Hazlemere Commercial are looking to expand our team with new Commercial Window Installation Companies/Teams with experience of educational refurbishment contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Buckinghamshire’s leading commercial double-glazing manufacturer and installer and offers great earning potential and continuity of work going forward.

As a commercial installation company/team we would expect you to employ high quality, experienced, curtain wall, window and doors fitters. 

Essential experience to include;

• Proven track record of quality fitting experience in curtain wall, windows and doors
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• A good communicator to enable positive working relationships with Project Managers
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and problem solve
• UK driving licence
• Must have own vehicle and tools
• Ideally teams of 3-4 minimum

Qualifications;

• Fenestration Level 2 NVQ for installation teams (as a minimum)
• SMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS
• Enhanced DBS check essential for school work

You will join a busy team reporting to our Project Managers and be responsible for undertaking full installations including new build work, existing refurbishments and associated rip-outs and trimming to a finished standard.
