This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Hazlemere Commercial. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client and supplier relationships, undertaking sales surveys, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Experience;
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and build long-term relationships
- Good knowledge of the facade, envelope or construction industry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to travel

Hazlemere Commercial is looking for an Estimator to accurately interpret a scheme or drawings and provide a cost effective fenestration solution to secure an order from the client at a profitable margin for Hazlemere. Aluminium fenestration experience preferred.
Key Responsibilites & Accountabilities;
1. Respond to tender invitation documents to schedule out windows, doors and curtain walling for pricing, and to determine the most suited system for the project.
2. Carry out wind-load calculations for various items or checking maximum parameters of the proposed system to ensure that it will perform to the sizes required.
3. Make notes throughout all of the above processes for inclusion within the quotation return letter. Contact any parties concerned to ensure that all contractors and/or clients are included in the quotation.
4. Upon successful return of the tender, diarise the critical dates to chase the client for a decision to determine whether we were successful and if not, to determine the reasons and shortfall.

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work without supervision with excellent analytical and problem solving ability
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Good administrative experience
• Advanced experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Due to landing several highly significant contracts, Hazlemere Commercial are looking to expand our team with new Commercial Window Installation Companies/Teams with experience of educational refurbishment contracts.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Buckinghamshire’s leading commercial double-glazing manufacturer and installer and offers great earning potential and continuity of work going forward.
As a commercial installation company/team we would expect you to employ high quality, experienced, curtain wall, window and doors fitters.
Essential experience to include;
- Proven track record of quality fitting experience in curtain wall, windows and doors
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A good communicator to enable positive working relationships with Project Managers
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and problem solve
- UK driving licence
- Must have own vehicle and tools
- Ideally teams of 3-4 minimum
Qualifications;
- Fenestration Level 2 NVQ for installation teams (as a minimum)
- SMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS
- Enhanced DBS check essential for school work
You will join a busy team reporting to our Project Managers and be responsible for undertaking full installations including new build work, existing refurbishments and associated rip-outs and trimming to a finished standard.
