White Spire Special School Case Study

Hazlemere Commercial were selected as the main contractor, working directly for Architecture MK (the architectural division of Milton Keynes Council). The £250,000 project at White Spire Special School involved replacing windows, doors and their associated framing, plus roofline soffits and fascia boards.  Architecture MK specified the renowned Sapa Building Systems profiles throughout – Dualframe 75 profile for the new double glazed aluminium windows, Dualframe HP for the internal doors, and Sapa 202 commercial entrance doors. Hazlemere Commercial has many years of experience with Sapa Building Systems aluminium products which they fabricate in their own 38,000 square foot production facility on Cressex Business Park, which is situated on the outskirts of High Wycombe, near junction 4 of the M40 Motorway.

Having manufactured and installed Sapa product in many homes, schools and commercial premises throughout the South of England, Hazlemere Commercial are also well-known and highly regarded for the sensitive and flexible approach to contracts of this nature, particularly when much of the work is necessarily undertaken when the premises are occupied.
